As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be part of a team that provides general advice and support to customers who are in account arrears. You will listen and understand their needs and find individual solutions, such as directing them to our assistance programmes that can offer them additional benefits and discounts.
This role is challenging, but also very rewarding. You will receive comprehensive training and support from friendly and experienced managers and colleagues.
You do not need to have previous experience in a contact centre or customer care. We welcome applications from people who have backgrounds in Customer Service, healthcare, teaching assistants, or any other roles where they have experience of having difficult conversations.
This role is office based, initially. Once you have passed your probation, which may take around 5-6 months, we offer a hybrid working model, which allows you to work from home or from modern and comfortable offices in Lincoln City Centre. You will work an average of 37 hours per week, with shifts between Monday and Sunday, including bank holidays.
