Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with one of the biggest Insurance businesses in the Kent area who are currently recruiting candidates with office/call centre based telephone CUSTOMER SERVICE experience to join their claims team. Please don’t apply if you don’t have the relevant phone based experience.
This is a fantastic chance to get into the Insurance industry from the ground up! The role involves handling Insurance claims from start through to settlement and providing a high level of CUSTOMER SERVICE to all policy holders.
You will be educated to a good standard and ideally have relevant experience either within Insurance or general experience within Customer Services/Call Centre/Inbound Calls.
