Customer Service Advisor - Interim Out Of Hours

An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a Not for Profit and Charities business, based in Stockport. You will be working within the Customer Service team, being the first point of contact for customers managing high volume calls.

Description

As an Out of Hours Call Handler you will be:

• Answering a high volume of incoming calls in a professional manner
• Ensuring all customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently
• Logging all call details accurately in the system
• Escalating complex issues to the relevant department
• Providing exceptional Customer Service at all times
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Monitoring CCTV footage across local areas
• Escalating urgent issues to the appropriate department
• Deliver an excellent range of services, such as welfare visits, emergency visits.

Profile

A successful Out of Hours Call Handler should have:

• A strong Customer Service background
• Will hold a full UK driving licence (essential) but don't need access to your own car
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to handle a high volume of calls
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A positive and professional attitude
• Good IT skills and a familiarity with call logging systems
