About the Role:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers have a seamless and positive experience. Here's what you'll be doing every day:
- Customer Communication Expert: Engaging with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide timely and effective support.
- End-to-End Customer Ownership: Taking charge of the customer experience, from managing installations to addressing Customer Care and phone number porting requests.
- Proactive Experience Management: Proactively managing customers' experiences before and after installation, maintaining regular contact to address any concerns, such as loss of service or installation timescales.
- Advocate Identification: Identifying potential advocate customers for case studies and gathering valuable feedback quotes to showcase our success stories.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborating with other teams within the business to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey, both pre and post-installation.
