Customer Service Advisor
Office based, Sheffield.
09:00 – 17:30PM (Monday – Friday)
£24,000 + bonus. (OTE £27,000 - £30,000)

Key Duties
- Handling inbound calls and emails from an array of consumers.
- Delivering excellent Customer Service
- Accurately capturing data and following all processes to ensure that customers’ needs are met
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer queries are actioned within a timely manner
