Reed Business Support are excited to be working with a national insurance company in their search for a Customer Service Advisor. Based in Chapeltown, this is an exceptional opportunity for someone with previous Customer Service experience who is looking to grow and develop within a strong organisation.
Benefits:
- Salary: £24,000
- Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Hybrid working – 1 WFH day a week – subject to compliance criteria

About the role:
- Handling general insurance enquiries
- Assisting with the claims procedure
- Handling policy alterations
- Managing renewals of policies
- Selling new policies
- Introducing other products to new and existing customers
- Ad-hoc tasks or duties from time to time as necessary to meet the needs of the business
