We are looking to welcome full-time Customer Service Advisors in our Sheffield Customer Support Centre.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU
- £12.00 hourly rate (£24,336.00 PA).
- Living Wage Foundation Employer.
- 39 hours per week over 5 days out of 7 and every 2nd weekend, working from our IKEA Peterborough Unit. Various shifts available between 07:00 – 20:15 hours.
- After completion of 3 - 6 months there is an opportunity to apply for hybrid working arrangement (minimum 1 day per week in office).

As part of the Remote Customer Meeting Point (RCMP), we are the ones meeting our customers – on the phone and online web chat, emails and social media. Where others see problems, we see endless opportunities to provide fantastic Customer Service.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- Prior experience working within customer support is desired but not essential.
- The ability to build good rapport with customers and demonstrate empathy confidently using various communication channels.
- Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience using IT Tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a changing environment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- You will engage with our customers to resolve a range of issues.
- Meet Contact Centre standards, KPIs and desired service levels.
- Receive ongoing coaching to enable you to meet and delight our customers.
- Work with Microsoft Office 365, Customer Resolution management and delivery systems.
