I am currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established, industry leading courier company in the Southampton area. Working with UK based companies within a faced paced, team supportive environment.
My client is looking to for a Customer Service Advisor to join their high paced courier Customer Service team. Following years of unprecedented growth they continue to expand and establish themselves as one of the most important courier companies in Southampton and beyond. With further growth predicted they are looking to develop and grow the right person into an all round, multi modal, Customer Service Administrator.
At least 1-2 years industry experience is required. However, my client is looking for someone with excellent Customer Service experience who can be developed into multi modal freight. Longevity of career is something my client prides themselves on with many members of staff managing 10 years or more service within the company.
No day is the same....
This role requires the ability to drive, with an interest of helping out with collections and deliveries in the absence of any of the courier drivers within the team. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience, driving and adaptable skills you can offer.
Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
- 100% Customer Focused
- Desire to develop and grow
- Ability to learn
- 1-2 years Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry experience
- Full clean drivers license
