Customer Service Advisor

Salary up to 26K
Monday- Friday. 8am- 5pm
We are currently seeking an Customer Service Advisor to join an industry leading dynamic company! You will be joining the team as a Customer Service Advisor! Our client is seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional Customer Service and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties:
- Being the first point of contact for clients, over the phone and email
- Undertaking reception duties, signing visitors in and going through health and safety
- Managing your own tasks and prioritising your workload
- Keeping customers up to date with orders/deliveries and changes
- Chasing outstanding orders and inputting sales orders
- Communicating with internal teams to complete your daily tasks
- Using different systems to upload documents and complete reports
- General administration tasks as required
Do you have the following:
- Come from a Customer Service office background
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Great communication skills
- Problem solving
- Happy to work as a part of a team and individually
