Job Description
I have an exciting opportunity with an established client of mine for a Customer Service Manager in the Dorking area. This role will involve managing a team of 4 Customer Service advisors in a busy Bodyshop business, so previous motor trade experience, ideally in a Bodyshop would be ideal. You will be responsible for customer care and satisfaction as well as working closely with your team on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities
- Manage the fron of house team
- Monitor and maintain customer care standards
- Manage any customer complaints and issues
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the motor trade
- Present a professional image at all times
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Be confident in managing people
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary £35 - £40k
- Bonus scheme worth up to £8,000 a year
- 45-hour week Monday to Friday
- 23 days holiday + BH
