This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same with a friendly and welcoming team.
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of Customer Service, ensuring that each customer is attended to professionally and within given timeframes.
DAY TO DAY:
- Provide first-class Customer Service through processing all enquiries accurately through a ticket system, and within service levels.
- Take ownership of varied issues and resolve effectively.
- Update appropriate databases/spreadsheets when required.
- Respond to customer queries and escalate queries if required.
- Work effectively as a team, providing the appropriate support and training when necessary.
- Compliance with HMRC and DPA regulations.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Someone with experience of taking ownership of customer queries, and feels confident seeing them through to resolution.
- 2+ years of experience working in an office environment ideally within a Customer Service/administration role.
- Proficient knowledge of Excel and Word.
