Job Description
If you are a customer focused individual looking for a career rather than just another job, this could be for you! This front-of-house role is for a commercial vehicle dealership in Southampton where you will be welcoming customers to the business and booking in work using the in-house systems. If you are computer literate, like giving great Customer Service and have an interest in the motor trade, this could be a great career move. Do not delay, apply TODAY!!
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the dealership
- Book in work as required
- Keep customers informed throughout the process
- See the customers out after completion of the work
- Maintain excellent levels of Customer Service
Qualifications
- Proven Customer Service experience
- A stable work history
- An interest in the motor trade
- Computer literate
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary £26000
- Bonus scheme worth over £4,000 per year
- 5 weeks paid holiday + BH
- Company benefits
- 2-week rota, 7am-430pm/830am-6pm
- 1 in 6 Saturdays 8am-12noon paid as OT
