Role Profile:
Cast UK are supporting a prestigious client with the recruitment process of a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Tamworth on a Maternity Cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional Customer Service. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm, on site 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and orders.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and inquiries are resolved.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills and experience using Customer Service software.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
