Hours: 37.5 hours per week, rotational shifts between 7am and 11pm Mon-Sun, offices in Middlesbrough. After satisfactory completion of training, potential to work remotely from home.
Salary: £24,169 plus overtime and incentives etc
Duties:
- Using your excellent listening and rapport building skills to provide an outstanding Customer Service
- Communicating with customers through various communication channels, primarily you will be working inbound calls but may be required to conduct outbound calls on occasion
- Using your own judgement to resolve customer queries appropriately
- Listening to customers personal circumstances to understand their requirements and provide personalised solutions
- Be part of a supportive, fun, and friendly Customer Service team
Experience:
- Prior Contact centre experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to probe and question where needed to get to the root of a problem
- Excellent telephone manner, you’ll be able to build a rapport quickly and show understanding and empathy where needed
- Proven experience in adapting your problem-solving skills, you’ll be able to listen, digest information and act accordingly with the customers and Bionics interests at forefront
