- Provide excellent Customer Service to all clients and stakeholders.
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Process customer requests and follow up as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Understand and adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Customer Service process.
- Stay informed about the not for profit and charities industry developments.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
- Able to work across 5 days on reduced hours
- Experience working within a telephone based Customer Service role
- A customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Experience in the social housing sector would be advantageous.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent Customer Service.
