Customer Service Advisor - Polish
Location -Newark (Remote / Hybrid working available)

The client is offering full time hours to suit the successful candidate.
The Role of Polish Speaking Customer Services involve:
- Answering and responding to incoming telephone calls and emails from both Polish and English business customers
- Investigating customer queries and liaising with internal departments to resolve
- Updating and processing customer information onto an in-house computer system
- Administration including emails and client correspondence using Word and Outlook
The ideal candidate for Polish speaking Customer Services will have the following:
- Fluent in both spoken and written Polish
- Ability to investigate and resolve problems
- Able to communicate effectively with all departments and areas of the business
- Excellent telephone manner with good Customer Service skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Word
- Previous Customer Service experience is essential
- Full Flexibility with working hours (shifts between 6am - 10pm including weekend rotation)
