Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor needed in Loughborough, £11.44ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1277072

20 Hours Per Week x 3 Vacancies - June - September 2024

We are looking for three enthusiastic and committed part-time advisors to join
our Customer Services team to deal with enquiries.

You will ideally have recent experience of providing information and advice to the public in a
busy Customer Service environment, preferably telephone based, and be capable of
handling a range of situations with tact, diplomacy and empathy.

You will ideally have excellent listening and communication skills, the ability to converse
with all types of people, a polite and courteous attitude, and a commitment to
providing excellent customer care.

You will also be able to work well under pressure
with a minimum of supervision while ensuring consistency and accuracy, and be
proficient in the use of software systems, with good keyboard skills.

This is a part time role on a temporary contract basis.
