- Customer Support: You will be the first point of contact for valued customers, providing them with a personalised and exceptional service experience through inbound calls and emails
- Account Management: You will work closely with larger branded accounts, managing the sales process, understanding customer requirements, and providing effective solutions.
- Collaboration: You'll collaborate with external account managers to ensure seamless account operations and customer satisfaction.
- Opportunity Spotting: Although this is not a sales role, you will have the opportunity to spot and nurture new business opportunities through your interactions with customers.
