Customer Service Advisor

The Role:
This role is full time and permanent. You will be working in a really cool open plan office as part of a small team within a large business. A lot of people that have started in this team have moved on into more senior roles within the business and there are many success stories to share.
On a day to day basis your role will involve:
- Engaging with customers via various channels
- Dealing with day to day customer enquires
- Providing information and to meet clients' needs
- Swiftly and professionally resolve any issues and complaints
- Maintain and update client records meticulously
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to tackle client queries or escalate complex matters
The Person:
Our dream team member? A teamwork fanatic with a laser focus on keeping customers grinning from ear to ear! Past call centre or Customer Service experience is a plus, but fear not - the training at this company is the business! Candidates must be proficient in navigating computer systems and software applications.
