As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be a key member of our Contact Centre team, handling various customer inquiries. This includes dealing with a range of services such as housing, homelessness, rents, and repairs. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, customer-focused service, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide excellent Customer Service by promptly responding to calls, emails, voicemails, and texts within agreed timescales and service standards.Strive for First Contact Resolution by resolving inquiries and transactions without the need for further referrals whenever possible.Effectively manage workload fluctuations associated with housing-related inquiries.Accurately input data into computer systems.Consistently meet specified targets for delivering excellent Customer Service.Identify opportunities to improve existing procedures and enhance service delivery.Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and collectively improve individual and team performance.Complete outbound activities in alignment with team objectives.Adhere to relevant company policies.Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the Team Manager or Customer Contact Manager, and ensure a safe working environment in accordance with our client's Health and Safety Policy.Requirements:
Experience in Customer Service, preferably in a contact centre.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.IT literacy and ability to work both individually and as part of a team.Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
