Customer Service Advisor - Erdington, Birmingham
Salary: Starting from 27,000 + Bonus + Excellent Company Benefits
Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a half-day on Saturday (rotational basis)
Contract: Permanent
We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Advisor who is committed to delivering outstanding Customer Service within our clients Service Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers upon their arrival at the Service Department with a warm welcome.
- Handling customer bookings and inquiries via phone and email.
- Providing regular updates and estimates to customers regarding vehicle service and repair.
- Utilising and maintaining third-party booking systems such as 1 Link.
- Managing invoicing and processing payments.
- Monitoring and managing all Work In Progress.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple operating systems.
- Coordinating courtesy vehicle check-ins and check-outs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated team player with a focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to handle various customer situations with professionalism and tact.
- Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
- A full UK driving license is desirable.
