Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a logistics company in Hounslow who are actively seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team on a permanent basis.
Duties:
- Clear and concise dialogue with customers and internal staff to resolve all queries
- Updating customers, maintaining a high level of service
- Checking delivery update/status
- Deal with situations as they arise professionally and efficiently
- Recognise the impression you leave reflects the business
Desirable/Essential:
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Experience working in a Customer Service role
- Can organise own time and work efficiently
Salary and additional information:
- £22,000 - £23,750
- Monday - Friday
- 9:00 - 5:30
- Office based
