Customer Service Rental Agent - Heathrow Airport with excellent commission package on top making total package of £35k - £40k realistically
There may also be a requirement to support within their Bristol Airport branch as well however, a car is provided, travel, food and accommodation is also covered.
An exciting opportunity has come up to join a national renting and leasing company in Bristol!

Hours per week: 40 - 48 hours between Monday - Sunday. Early, middle and late. Operational hours between 6am - 12:30 am on shift patterns
£25,000 - £28,000 (dependent on hours worked) basic salary and commission on top of this!

The role:
* Dealing with general customer queries including corporate clients on the phone, via email and in person
* Taking bookings and processing paperwork and payments
* Resolving a range of customer queries while providing the best Customer Service experience
* Selling additional products available to new and existing customers
* Supporting and coordinating the valeting team
* Opening and closing the office when the manager is off if required
* Reviewing stock allocation and reporting daily on activity
* Arranging and undertaking vehicle checks
* Showing customer vehicles they are interested in
Experience and skills required:
* Previous experience is not needed however, you will need strong Customer Service experience and any form of sales would be preferable
* Experience working with cars is desirable
* Reliable, flexible and able to demonstrate experience in providing high standards of Customer Service
* Experience working towards targets and KPI's
* Able to speak another language would be advantageous due to the customer base being global
