Our client has been trading since 2001 and has become one of the UK's most successful wholesale and online construction supply companies. Including development of Export.
Due to expansion they require an experienced and trained internal Customer Service Professional to handle incoming sales enquiries and maximise opportunities. They operate four Online Stores and a Wholesale business.
Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:
· Handling & optimizing Incoming Sales Enquiries
· Preparing Quotations & updating CRM system
· Building rapport with key accounts
· Processing online administration
· Liaising with Freight Carriers
Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
· Previous B2B Customer Services experience is required
· We will also consider candidates from a Sales Administrator background
· Good standard of Numeracy and Literacy is vital
· Online administration experience (Desirable)
· CRM experience & good communicational skill
· Self-motivated, thorough & team player
