Customer Service And Operations Executive

Rainbow Recruitment Services are recruiting for a Customer Service & Operations Executive on behalf of their client, a friendly, fast-growing travel website business located just around the corner from Haywards Heath railway station.
As a Booking.com equivalent for camping and glamping, their mission is to inspire the 11+ million website visitors each year to get outdoors more often and feel more adventurous.
The Role
We are looking for someone to help in consistently delivering exceptionally high levels of Customer Service - so good that people tell their friends!
Working alongside a colleague to share a set 2-week working shift pattern (see below), you’ll be acting as a first point of contact for both campsites and campers via email, phone & live chat.
You’ll demonstrate care in getting people the right result, be friendly to your core, and have bags of empathy.
You will be part of the administration glue that holds the team together in a variety of ways.
Responsibilities:
*Answering and routing inbound calls, emails and other contacts
*Assisting both campsites and campers with booking related questions and issues
*Finding ways to add moments to our Customer Service efforts
*Providing all-round support and cover for the rest of the team
*Various projects and administrative tasks as necessary
Attributes
*Self-motivated with an enthusiastic can-do attitude
*Excellent attention to detail
*Organised, deadline aware and willing to roll your sleeves up and take responsibility
*Friendly, with good empathy and customer driven service ethic
*Excellent written & verbal communication skills
*Experience (or a passion) of the travel sector would be an advantage, but not essential
Working hours / Shift pattern:
30 hours per week - split over 3 weekdays at their offices and 1 weekend day from home.
Week 1 - Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
Week 2 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday
Package:
Starting pay rate of £12.82ph, plus a company bonus, and 5% pension contribution.
