My highly successful client is looking for a proactive Customer Service and Order Processor to join and support their Customer Service Team. My client offers a range of innovative products to the bakery, patisserie and chocolate sector. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys providing great Customer Service to join their small Customer Service team and take ownership of the orders, ensuring they are delivered as promised to their customers. If you enjoy building relationships with your customers, taking ownership for their requirements, then this could be the role for you.
Customer Service and Order Processor Main Responsibilities:-

• To take and process orders for all units of the business
• Liaising with Purchasing, Production and Quality teams to ensure the order will be delivered within SLA s
• Liaising with Warehouse and Transport to ensure deliveries are made and keeping your customer informed with by email or phone
• Daily reporting and account management
• Offering additional items to customer when taking their call/order

As a Customer Service and Order Processor you will have:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven Customer Service experience
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with difficult situations
• A keen eye for detail
• The desire to work as a team player
• Be capable of multitasking in a busy environment
