The apprenticeship allows you to kick start your career and work towards gaining a Level 2 Customer Service qualification, whilst learning key personal and professional skills in a work environment.
Joining us an apprentice, you will be a vital part of the team, providing support in ensuring our key performance indicators are met. Supporting the team to deliver exceptional customer (both internal and external) standards is also a key aspect of the role. The successful candidate will work closely with all internal teams and key stakeholders, helping to drive improvements forward across the contract.
- Undertake a Customer Service apprenticeship training programme at a local college
- Assist with creating and updating CEH documentation, processes and procedures
- Carry out internal audits, focusing on customer processes across the contract
- Complete administrative tasks to support the team in ensuring data is accurate for reporting
- Assess customer enquiries, working closely with the wider teams to provide a ‘right first time’ response
- Assist with the response to customer complaints and correspondence from key stakeholders
- Support the wider Customer & Quality team in key processes and administrative tasks
- Support the Communications team in delivering their Communications Strategy
- Other Ad Hoc duties to fulfil the requirement of the role
Job Description
- Experience of basic Microsoft systems (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum English GCSE A*-C or 9-4
- Strong organisational skills
- Good communication skills: written, verbal and interpersonal
- Passion and willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Able to build strong working relationships and collaborate with others to achieve goals
