Customer Service Apprentice

AV Sundries & Distribution LTD import and distribute fresh cut flowers alongside selling wholesale floral sundries to customers across the North West, they are now looking for an apprentice to join their team.

Customer Service Apprentice

GBP180.00 per week, 30 hours

Main duties & Responsibilities:

• Engage existing customers to understand if they need any sundries
• Identify potential new customers through social media and search engines
• Create sales orders for customers - taken over the phone / WhatsApp / social media etc
• Update internal CRM with customer information

Desired skills:

• Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to organise and prioritise workloads
