A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Assistant to join a Wholesale Company based in North London. This role will be reporting to the Customer Success Manager. This is a vital role in assisting customers with enquiries and ensuring their satisfaction and experience.
This position will be Mon-Fri onsite therefore this candidate must be able to drive and have access to a car.
Key Duties:
- Supporting the Customer Success Manager with tasks required.
- Customer support.
- Invoice Audits
- Foreign Shipments.
Skills:
- Great communications skills
- Ability to drive and have access to a car
- MS Office including Excel & Word
- Relevant experience in customer facing roles
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and in a team
