Customer Service Assistant (Kendal branch) - 36.25 hours per week

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be an integral part of their Customer Service department, responsible for providing excellent support to their valued customers. This is a diverse role that will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally


• Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions


• Escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary


• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information


• Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records


• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements:

• Previous Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure


• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer inquiries


• Proficiency in using Customer Service software and systems


• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

​This role will be based at our Kendal Branch but you will be required to support the Grange Branch when required. ​It is important the successful candidate is confident to make sound judgements based on their proven skills and experience and has the ability to act on their own initiative.
