As a Customer Services Assistant your duties will include:
Post-Purchase Support:
- Provide excellent Customer Service to address post-purchase inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist customers with order tracking, delivery status, and product-related questions.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Manage the returns and exchanges process, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Work closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to process returns efficiently.
Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues related to product defects, shipping errors, or any other post-sale concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement corrective actions and prevent recurring issues.
Communication:
- Maintain clear and concise communication with customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their inquiries or resolutions.
Customer Feedback:
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to share insights for continuous enhancement of customer satisfaction.
