Saturday 12 noon until 6pm
Sunday 1pm until 6pm
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer accounts and record interactions
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Multilingual skills are a plus
Experience:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism
- Experience with data entry and navigating computer systems
