- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Provide detailed product information and recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing displays, and inventory management.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
