Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Novah Group Limited is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Assistants. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients during busy periods, ensuring exceptional Customer Service and satisfaction. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers while efficiently managing queues and facilitating smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding Customer Service to all clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage queues and direct customers to the appropriate service areas, keeping lines moving efficiently.
• Assist customers with check-in procedures, ticketing, and other service-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and address any issues that arise.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to Customer Service, safety, and security.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to Customer Service and job responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent Customer Service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Fluent English speaking and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of customers and team members.
• Willingness to undergo an extensive background check as part of the hiring process.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 48 per week
