I am looking for experienced retail banking or retail professionals who would like to progress their career into a role for a leading banking organisation. This exciting opportunity will advance your Customer Service skills and develop your knowledge of financial and banking functions. I have 2 different roles available- 1 x based permanently in Hempstead branch or 1 x Kent based across branch network mentioned above.

💼 Key Responsibilities 💼

• Assisting customers in branch with banking queries- whether that be setting up a new account, withdrawing cash, transferring money or assisting with product queries
• Building rapport with customers by providing excellent service
• Checking account details on in-house system as well as using a second system to complete banking tasks
• Rotating time between various customer functions: counter assistance, new accounts, customer meetings

🎯 Desired Skills and Qualifications 🎯

• Excellent Customer Service skills in person and over the phone
• Accurate with key eye for detail to ensure all transactions are processed and logged correctly
• Confident when handling large cash transactions
• Eager to learn
