Location – Ramsgate, Kent

Salary – £11.50 Per Hour

Hours – Full-Time - 30 hours per week

Temp to Perm after 6 months

Do you have previous experience in a customer-facing service role?

We have a great opportunity in Ramsgate for a Customer Service Assistant to work for one of our clients on a temp-perm basis to start as soon as possible.

You will be working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with a 30 minute lunch break for an hourly rate of £11.50.

Due to our client's location, you must be able to drive and have access to your transport.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with high-profile retailers and interior designers
• Process orders via the bespoke computer order entry system
• Deal with client enquiries face to-face and via phone/emails
• Deliver a top level of Customer Service for all 3rd party stakeholders
• General office duties
• A full and detailed in-house training programme will be arranged for the successful applicant.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong administrative skills
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role would be advantageous
• Computer-literate
• Superb interpersonal skills
• Target-driven
• Ability to work under pressure in a lively environment, quickly and accurately
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude
