Salary Adecco have teamed up with a vehicle repair workshop, they are seeking a confident and vibrant Customer Service Assistant to join their workshop.
We are seeking an all–rounder who is confident with dealing with customers, insurance companies and other companies within the motor trade.
Your main responsibilities are;
Answering telephone and dealing with queries from customers/insurance, accident management companiesBooking customers for estimates, either mobile or on site Booking customers in for repair Courtesy Car Diary and checking cars in and out Liaising with Drivers re collections and deliveries Greeting customers when arriving for repair and checking vehicle in Update of work provider portals Driving duties as and when requiredRaising sales invoices on Autoflow as per authorities from work providers Submitting invoices for payment via email or online Chasing payment of overdue invoicesHours of work are (Apply online only) Monday to Friday and (Apply online only) every other Saturday.
