We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Assistant to join our Customer Support team across our busy spring summer period!
If you love working with people, have a passion for great Customer Service and, ideally, have optical knowledge, this combination will deliver a spectacular customer experience. An interest in eyewear, and a passion for fashion is a plus!
About the Role:
Omni-channel Communication - Handling showroom and customer queries via various channels including email, Whatsapp, Slack and telephone calls.
Customer Experience - Our Customer Service Assistants plays a key part within our customer journey. We measure the success of our departments, first and foremost, on the experiences they generate for our people and our community of customers. You collaborate with various IOLLA departments to deliver a world class service, maintaining our NPS score of 92.
Optics - You will help both our showroom teams and customers with all things optical - from understanding their prescription to helping them select frames that best suit their needs (whilst looking great at the same time!). Our Customer Communication Assistants learn all things aftercare, too - truly offering a seamless customer experience. Resolving customer queries promptly, ensuring solutions are delivered and customer happiness is maintained.
Knowledge sharing - We are one team at IOLLA. You will always be looking for opportunities to share your knowledge with your team - we champion collaboration.

- You have at least 1 year of retail / Customer Service / omni-channel / contact centre or optical retail experience
