We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Associate, Client Care Executive or Client Support Assistant, with exceptional communication skills and a client first approach, to join a rapidly expanding, national organisation in their Dereham office as a Customer Service Associate.
Suitable candidates will be dedicated, conscientious and service-focused with excellent communication skills, active listening skills and a calm, composed and professional nature.

The salary for the Customer Services Associate role is £24k-£26k (DoE).

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Key responsibilities as a Customer Services Associate include:
- Responding to client enquiries, requests and concerns and dealing with them professionally
- Providing a supportive response to Customer Service enquiries
- Providing information to customers regarding services, pricing, service terms and available options
- Referring detailed queries to the client’s Account Manager
- Maintaining detailed records and updating CRM
- Providing exceptional levels of Customer Service at all times
- Working with the team to ensure all queries and issues are resolved
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in fast-paced Customer Service roles
- B2B experience is highly desirable
- Impeccable communication skills
- Skilled in handling client concerns
- Driven to provide high levels of Customer Service at all times, ensuring client retention and satisfaction
- PC literate - previous experience of CRM systems is highly beneficial
