Customer Advisor
Location: Great Yarmouth
Salary: £13.12 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00 - 16:30

Are you immediately available? Do you have experience dealing with customer complaints over telephone and email? Have you got experience in a call centre environment? If so, then this could be to the role for you.
Flowers Associates are currently seeking a temporary Customer Advisor to deliver excellent customer service via email and telephone within a call centre environment in Great Yarmouth. Within this role you will be liaising with sub-contractors, Site Managers and Project Managers so, the ability to communicate with professionals as well as the public is essential.
The role:
The successful Customer Advisor will be responsible for the following duties:
• Respond to incoming customer calls, taking ownership through to resolution with customer complaints and enquiries.
• Use all available systems to accurately record customer data and provide a first-call resolution service wherever possible.
• Construct and send letters to customers regarding their enquiries/complaints.
• To send full and accurate details of the enquiry or complaint to the relevant operations team, ensuring any required action is taken and drive resolution.
• Establish and maintain good professional relationships with the team, operations, and sub-contractors.
• Keep customers updated and informed of the progress of their enquiry/complaint.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive data records.
• Follow defined work management and company processes, and policies at all times.
The ideal Candidate will:
• Have proven customer service experience including complaint handling over telephone and email, within an office/call centre setting.
• Be confident and customer focused.
• Empathic with ability to see from someone else’s point of view.
• Have strong IT skills, with use of SAP and Microsoft packages such as excel and word.
• Have the ability to construct letters via Microsoft word in a professional manner to send to customers.
• Take ownership and responsibility of your own workload, application, and performance.
Shift Patterns:
• Main shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm (x2 10-minute paid breaks and 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
• Occasional requirement to work between the hours of 8am and 8pm with some flexibility to work occasional weekends, if required.
Additional Information:
• 20 Days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
