Hr Advisor

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Advisor to join our client's team. As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to their employees and management team. You will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Responsibilities:
– Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies and procedures
– Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
– Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
– Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
– Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
– Assist with HR administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation
– Collaborate with cross–functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives
– Stay up–to–date with industry trends and best practices in HR
Experience:
– CIPD qualified (ideally level 5, minimum level 3)
– Proven experience working in a similar HR role
– Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is an advantage
