About Our Client
The client are a well known, established Manufacturing and Production brand who are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their supportive HR team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within HR, confident advising managers on HR policies and procedures and ideally have exposure to ER case management.
Job Description
As a HR Advisor, your key responsibilities will be:
- Coaching and advising managers on ER cases, and general HR policies and procedures
- Manage the employee engagement process on site
- Assist the wider HR team in creating and delivering training/ upskilling sessions
- Assist the wider HR team with recruitment processes from start to finish
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Monitor employee morale and company culture.
- Ad hoc HR responsibilities as and when required
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will:
- Ideally have a CIPD qualification
- Available to start ASAP and commit to a 12 month FTC
- Have experience in a HR Generalist/ Advisory capacity
- Up to date knowledge with UK employment law
- Be a team player
- Able to work in Fakenham/ Cambridge on a regular basis
