Blakeney Point are working in partnership with a UK based Manufacturer of premium Home Improvement Products who design and supply Globally. Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Customer Service Associate to join their team based in Rainham.

As a Graduate Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to valued customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional Customer Service via phone, ensuring a positive and professional interaction with customers at all times.
Actively listen to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate and timely information to resolve issues.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
Manage and maintain detailed customer records and documentation.
Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge to provide comprehensive and accurate information to customers.
Utilise excellent communication skills to articulate information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Strive to exceed customer expectations and enhance customer loyalty through personalized and proactive interactions.
Identify opportunities for improvement in Customer Service processes and procedures, and assist in implementing necessary changes.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment, and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
Qualifications and Skills:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
Proven experience in Customer Service, either through previous internships or part-time roles, is highly desirable but not essential if you have the right attitude and application full training will be given.
Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to confidently engage and communicate with customers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate information and resolve customer concerns.
A keen desire to learn and understand the principles of excellent Customer Service.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail to manage customer records and documentation.
Proficiency in using Customer Service management systems and software is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business requirements.
