Matching Staff Solutions are working alongside our established client to find an Customer Service Coordinator in Exeter. The purpose of this role is to enable effective customer access to the full range of services provided by the Public Realm service.
Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:15pm. This role is due to start ASAP until May.
The Role
Your main duties will include:
- To enable members of the public and service users to access and engage with services across Public Realm.
- Provide an effective response to enquiries received by email, phone, correspondence and personal contact and to promote good practice and a positive customer outcome.
- Assist in the maintenance of records including interments, assets, allotment sites, tenancy/license details, waiting lists, vessel movements, arboricultural assets and GIS asset data.
- Invoice customers and order equipment and supplies as required, monitor the debtor system and coordinate action for debt recovery.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good standards of education (5 GCSE or equivalent) including Maths and English.
- Experience of providing a frontline customer support service.
- Ability to use a range of office software to administer transactional services.
- Able to resolve customer enquiries and deliver positive customer outcomes.
