Our Ongar based client are seeking an experienced individual to join their team as Customer Service Coordinator, delivering a high standard of Customer Service and dealing with order processing. Driving licence and car is essential for the role due to location and lack of public transport. Salaries dependent on experience. This role is fully office based.
What will you be doing?
You will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager, providing assistance to them and the sales & operations teams. You will liaise externally with suppliers and clients and process orders. You will deal with enquiries, ensure clients are credit checked, following up on actions set in team meetings and more.
What skills will you have?
The successful candidate will have three years office experience, order processing experience, Customer Service and interpersonal skills, experience, and ability to work in an organised manor in a fast past environment, and strong communication skills. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for commute due to location is an essential.
