A client of ours are expanding one of their departments and looking for a Service Coordinator, to join their fast-paced team.
You will be providing support to the engineers, liaising and booking in appointments with clients, responding to reactive call outs and ordering necessary parts.
Some of your responsibilities.
- Managing emails and incoming calls for new jobs, emergency calls outs.
- Logging information onto the CRM.
- Ordering parts and equipment for jobs.
- Issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
- Booking appointments with clients and scheduling engineers.
- Monitoring ongoing jobs & completing all administration.
- Liaising with sub-contractors on booking jobs & requirements needed.
- Producing quotes.
- Assisting with company audits.
- Building rapport with clients.
