Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a knack for managing schedules and ensuring seamless Customer Service? We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team in the industrial vehicle sector. You will play a pivotal role in managing engineers' schedules and acting as a vital link between our technical team and valued customers, ensuring efficient resolution of equipment breakdowns and maintenance needs.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule Coordination: Efficiently manage and optimize engineers' schedules for timely response and resolution of equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests.
- Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, effectively communicating updates, coordinating service appointments, and providing necessary information regarding service interventions.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate with internal teams to allocate appropriate resources (personnel, parts, tools) to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service calls, equipment maintenance, and customer interactions. Generate reports for analysis and improvement purposes.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate with engineers and customers to identify issues, troubleshoot problems remotely when possible, and escalate when necessary for on-site intervention.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a service coordination role
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact confidently with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in utilizing scheduling software and CRM systems.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
