As our Dutch Customer Service Coordinator (Export), you will:
- Utilise your exceptional Dutch language skills to create an impeccable end to end customer experience
- Be the first point of contact for our Dutch customers and support them through every step of their journey
- Build strong relationships with our franchisees both in Holland and internationally
- In Dutch and English, answer queries, respond to technical questions, handle order and export paperwork, resolve complaints and manage your own customer related projects
- Support colleagues and team members with other non-Dutch country - specific activities as required
About you:
You're a people person, a skilled communicator with a real passion for exceptional Customer Service. You will bring:
- Fluency in spoken and written Dutch
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Customer Service
- Strong administration skills, ideally with export administration experience
- Some previous experience in or knowledge of social media administration/coordination
- Flexibility, positivity, and a desire to learn and grow with our business
- An inquisitive nature, with a knack for quick-thinking and problem-solving
- A superb team ethic
