Title: Pet Customer Service Representative
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £20,319 (with upcoming review to above £22k in April) + Salary stepping stones, hybrid option post-probation upon meeting targets
Role Overview: Seeking passionate individuals for our dynamic Customer Service team. Ideal for those eager to start a career in an office environment or who enjoy interacting with customers and sharing in their love for pets. No prior customer service experience required, comprehensive training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly answering calls and emails, adhering to Service Level Agreements
- Updating MIS system, producing and posting documents
- Building rapport with customers and partners, managing policy lifecycle
- Collaborating with veterinary practices for claims processing
- Ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards
Required Skills:
- Resilience, multitasking, quick thinking, ability to work under pressure
- Problem-solving skills for challenging situations
- Understanding of insurance (desirable, not essential)
- Experience in a target-driven environment

Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly, includes rare Saturday shifts (1/3 weeks) with time given back during the week. Max 5 days per week.
