If you enjoy being busy and have strong Customer Services skills then this Customer Service Executive position is going to be perfect for you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing the efficient day to day operation of the hire desk and providing an excellent service

- Liaising extensively with clients and building successful business relationships

- Managing orders received from clients for the hire of vehicles and drivers

- Optimising the utilisation of the hire fleet and monitoring stock levels

- Liaising with suppliers to place purchase orders for new equipment requirements

- Collating timesheets for drivers, checking they were correct and forwarding to payroll for processing
